Bowls Australia advised that the Laws of the Sport of Bowls has been updated and the new 4th Edition comes into effect 1st April, 2023.  World Bowls Laws Committee (WBLC) meet with Member Nation Authorities (MNAs) to ratify any proposed changes to the Laws.

There are some 60 changes from our current Law Book, but many are grammatical or adjustments to definitions, with only 10  new laws.  However there are two new Laws that certainly will have significant bearing – Laws 37.1.5.3 and 37.1.3.
