Sunday 23rd February has been declared a Total Fire Ban for Central District. There will therefore be no GBR Championship games played on that day.

Geelong Bowls Region is made up of 24 Affiliated Clubs located around the picturesque Golden Plains Shire, Bellarine Peninsula, Great Ocean Road and City of Greater Geelong. Our Clubs extend West to Inverleigh and Bannockburn, North to Lara, East includes all of the Bellarine Peninsula and South along the Great Ocean Road including Torquay and Anglesea.

Bowls Victoria have announced that they will run a Novice State Carnival 10th to 13th May 2024 in the Eastern Ranges Region instead of the Novice State Championships which was only for winners of Region Novice events.
